Eligibility: Ghost Hounds Guitar Gear Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page located at https://www.epiphone.com/en-US/page/promotional-terms-and-conditions and/or https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/0ebd02-139356?framed=1 and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States (including US territories) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Gibson Brands, Inc. (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and partners (including employees of Gibson Brands) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor: Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gibson Brands, Inc., located at 209 10th Avenue South, Suite 460, Nashville, TN 37203 (referred to herein as “Sponsor”)

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the administration of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting on or about July 27th, 2023 at 3:00 PM and ending on or about July 27th, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The potential winner will be notified on July 27, 2023. All times are (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by being present during the entry period at the Gibson Garage located at 209 10th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203 and to scan QR code entry form and submitting an entry using the online form provided on the entry page located at https://www.epiphone.com/en-US/page/promotional-terms-and-conditions. Each Entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a “Prize” as defined in Section 6 of these Official Rules. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Only complete Entries will be accepted and only one Entry per person.. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

6. Prizes: The Prizes Include: First Prize: Epiphone Les Paul Standard 60’s Bourbon Burst with an approximate retail value of $480. Second Prize: Gibson Garage Swag Bag with an approximate retail value of $150. Third Prize: Signed Album and Gibson Garage Mug with an approximate retail value of $50 You are not guaranteed to win a Prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible Entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of Prize award. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other Prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Taxes are the Winner’s responsibility. For US Entrants, any Winner that receives a Prize with an approximate retail value of $600 or more will be issued a Form 1099.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

8. Winner selection and notification: First, second, and third place potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible Entries. Winners must be present to win. Winners will be selected and announced at the Gibson Garage at approximately 5:00 PM CT. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other costs pertaining to the awarded prize. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Potential winner will have 48 hours to respond, or the Prize may be forfeited. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited), which must be received by Sponsor within ten (10) days after the Release is emailed to potential winner.
